Poker or 10 keyless

I'm either going to be getting a poker keybaord or one without a number pad. I'm not sure how I'd fair without arrow keys and the home/end block as I use them quite often... even when typing.

 

So other than that I want to put O-Rings on them and replace the keycaps with metal (hopefully anodized aluminum )

 

I want a keyboard without a backlight, good construction, reputable brand, cherry mx switches (prefer brown but open to other suggestions) and sex appeal.
