Why won't Led light go through this plastic tube wtf?

This is stupid so I got this mask and take a look at video yeah 

 

 

All I done was take the tube off it's literally a plastic tube and it worked I then put it into a hole of another mask idk maybe it bent it but it's a plastic damn tube how tf can ligh now not be going through it ?

I don’t think it will make the tube light up, you’d needs leds in the tube to do that. 

 

Only if the tube was straight and the led was bright and conetreded then it would light the whole tube
