HELP!! Motherboard Ethernet not working!

My buddy just bought a new motherboard a ASRock - AB350M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard to be exact and he cant connect to the internet ( i assure you its not his modem/router we tried numerous pcs and it worked fine) 

 

he cant download the drivers due to lack of internet how can we fix this?

it is a .zip file, you can use regular windows explorer to unzip it
