PC random shutdown

so this happens randomly i just watch youtube videos or some and pc shutdown and wont boot it just shows black screen, but pc boot if i unplug power cable and let it be for while alone and then it does boot? (i have some random old hp psu 475w)

my specs

CPU: AMD FX 4300 QUAD CORE CPU 3.8GHZ
GPU Radeon R9 270X Gigabyte 4GB OC Edition
PSU: 475W
MOTHERBOARD: Asus M5A78L-MLX3
Storage: Portable Hard Drive 1TB + 240GB Kingston SSD+ 120GB HDD
RAM:12GB DDR3

hahaxd i have gotten alot complains about my psu

recommendations for psu to fit to my setup

it could very well be your psu, but what does event viewer say about the shutdown?

Dirty power delivery from old cheap PSU for sure. Had the same issue recently with an old quality PSU was just old, bought a new PSU solved the problem. EVGA G2 650 watt is fully modular and 80+ gold was like 120 bucks CAD on amazon.

only thing what i see is error there and its slui.exe but its not reason for my pc shutdown i think.

i think its psu
