Threadripper and RGB fans? Need recommendations

Hi, I am finalizing my Threadripper build, I managed to save some money on the PSU and would like to get some fans for the case which will be an InWin 909 (I wanted a Be Quiet Pro Dark 900, but you cant get one in  Australia).

Anyway, I need 3-4 Fans, priority is noise levels, but aesthetics (including RGB) would also be nice to have.

 

I was thinking on getting something like the Thermaltake Riing Plus 14 TT Premium Edition 140mm but RGB doesnt work with Ryzen and was wondering if it would be the same with Threadripper, I assume it is. So what would be a good or better alternative? I looked at the Corsair ones but the LED lights seem to be very light (washed out colors).  I know there are heaps of less known fan makers but I dont know any and would like to get them locally (inside Australia). 

What do you guys recommend?

 

It may be important to know, I will have the CPU cooled with the Corsair H100i v2 (2x240mm) and the GPU will be an EVGA 980 Ti Hybrid which comes with a 120mm fan.

 

Since I'm at it, any RGB strips/lights to go with it?  Thanks!
