Should I replace my Desktop with Laptop setup

I have a Desktop that is getting kinda old that I am starting to consider either upgrading or replacing with a laptop

FX9370 w/ xspc block

8GB corsair dominator GT

r9 290 w/ ek block

360mm rad + 170ml res

2 sata SSD + 2 WD Black Drives 

2 2560x1080 ultrawides hdmi/dp

 

This computer does most everything i need its just really annoying to run battlegrounds on (20-30 fps on low) and some more intense games (dota on max settings makes it stutter when fights happen)

 

upgrading to ryzen would be like 350$ + new water block bracket for am4, then who knows how much for a gpu since prices are all messed up right now (ill assume another 300-350ish plus a waterblock)

So roughly 1000$

 

for that much it wouldn't be that hard to get a 600 laptop with a thunderbolt port and a gpu dock, it would need to be that crazy power full only be slightly better then what i have now

Prices are returning to normal slowly just wait till late 2017 early 2018

I am aware that the game in indeed a pile of trash, and very rage inducing with the desync problem (players on screen actions are not the same as what is happening). But the point was i need something with the processing power to pass a turd like that at 75FPS
