1440p 144 hz 27-inch Gaming monitor?

I'm looking to buy a 27-inch monitor with 144hz and a resolution of 2560x1440. Can you recommend me any monitor at around 400-500€ (Germany)? Currently I am eyeing the BenQ XL2730Z. Has anyone experience with it? Also what's the difference between the BenQ and the Zowie one?
