Awesome Air Flow

Hey I am looking for good Air Flow for my tower as i will not be using liquid cooling. I am going to have 1 120mm fan and 4 140mm fans. I am sticking with a color scheme of black and blue and I do not want LED fans. The case I will be using is Corsair Obsidian Series 350D Performance Micro ATX Computer Case with Windowed Side Panel CC-9011029-WW - Black. I am looking for amazing Air Flow with non expensive fans to fit around the color scheme of blue and black and non LED fans and also would like the fans to be very quite even  at high RPMs.

I personally like my Akasa Apaches.....don't know if its at your price point but I have them running in my NZXT Switch 810 (transferred from my CM 922)...they come in both 120/140mm flavors and are PWM. I have all but 2 (Xigmatek DK2) running off of my NZXT Sentry Mix 2 and no issues..
