1440p Monitor

Can you guys suggest me a 1440p Monitor, with 144hz refresh rate having an IPS panel, with a response time of at least 5ms?

Also, I will be buying a Vega Graphics Card, when the consumer edition of it comes out. So, it would be nice if the monitor has freesync. 

Please try to keep the price under $850-$800.

yeah, you're right.

Since I am not buying it until vega comes out, let's hope that samsung launches their models by then
