Capture One10 and Handbrake don't start anymore

Hey guys

 

Since the windows 10 creators update handbrake aswell as Capture One 10 won't start anymore.

When I click on their Icons the cursor signals me that something is loading and afterwards nothing happens.

 

Already installed both of them new and nothing happens.

 

On my laptop both start and i made the creators update there too.
