AMD Radeon Graphics Laptop Help

I got my current laptop about a year and a half ago and haven't been able to solve my current problem which is I have a AMD Radeon R9 M200x Series. While in the settings of Radeon settings it says enabled the only game that picks it up and uses it is Civilization 6. I've updated it to the current version before and games still don't pick it up. If anybody knows a fix that works or what the best course of action is let me know. Thanks in advance.

do you mean games use the iGPU, or only does radeon settings say that?

 

if games only use iGPU, then disable the iGPU in your laptop's UEFI

if radeon settings say that, ignore.
