Acer predator xb271hu setup ?

Wanted to ask do people configure there monitors or just leave them the way them come. My monitor just got delivered and about to set it up. Do I leave it as is or is it better to mess around with settings?

I purchased recently Acer XB241H and I left how its is, I think that setup is good enough for me, if you want do some tweaking do with nvidia control panel or radeon software.

well what do you know tftcentral doesn't have a xb271hu review yet , so no free icc file
