The prices in France are bonkers too for some things. 

 

And I always thought germany is expensive. OK for example some notebooks that are around 800 USD are availble here for 1000+ €

Very little, I would probably give it to a  young sibling or cousin, maybe a grandparent needs a web  browsing PC?

Even when spending 50 bucks for that machine, for 10 bucks more you usually get a SSD with ~250 gb new.

Main System:

Anghammarad : Asrock Taichi x570, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X @4900 MHz. 32 GB DDR4 3600, some NVME SSDs, Gainward Phoenix RTX 3070TI

 

System 2 "Igluna" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

System 3 "Inskah" AsRock Fatal1ty Z77 Pro, Core I5 3570k @4300, 16 GB Ram DDR3 2133, some SSD, and a 2 TB HDD each, Gainward Phantom 760GTX.

 

On the Road: Acer Aspire 5 Model A515-51G-54FD, Intel Core i5 7200U, 8 GB DDR4 Ram, 120 GB SSD, 1 TB SSD, Intel CPU GFX and Nvidia MX 150, Full HD IPS display

 

Media System "Vio": Aorus Elite AX V2, Ryzen 7 5700X, 64 GB Ram DDR4 3200 Mushkin, 1 275 GB Crucial MX SSD, 1 tb Crucial MX500 SSD. IBM 5015 Megaraid, 4 Seagate Ironwolf 4TB HDD in raid 5, 4 WD RED 4 tb in another Raid 5, Gainward Phoenix GTX 1060

i thought the ssd was 240gb so yeah not even close to 100 bucks xD

oh and for selling the other parts... 

 

DDR2 ram... ok I still got a machine runnign using that, but you usually don't get that sold easily.

Same with the Mobo. That one you only sell if there is someone that really needs a board with that socket as spare part.

The gfx card... no, that you won't get sold, too slow, to less vram, too old.

 

You could build a home nas from that old machine... but even that I wouldn't do.

Most SSDs in the UK that are only 120GB are £50-£60 new on Amazon :/

 

If it could make 20 or 30 I'd probably be happy enough

Yes I know, I often refer to that online shop, but to be honest, I know that one for over 20 years and never had any bad feelings towards them =)
