Looking for a new monitor

As the title says, i'm looking for a new monitor, looking for atleast 144hz
maximum price is around 450€/500$
i have r9 390 gpu so i can use freesync.
Currently i've been looking at this BenQ 25" ZOWIE XL2540, which has no freesync
Is freesync worth it?

So yeah, give me your suggestions on monitors.. without freesync or with

Well mostly play games(csgo for example), watch youtube, netflix etc.. normal stuff yano

I would look at the XG2401 from viewsonic, Its has one of the best 1080p 144hz panels on the market currently for colors, gamma/contrast. and just overall performance like resolution degradation from higher frame rates..

Also comes with freesync

If you want high refresh rate with an R9 390, it has to be a 1080p display

Well i am from Finland, and well i mainly play matchmaking, haven't gotten into esea, faceit or anything like that yet.

Only reason i am considering that 244hz benq is because its on sale for 380€ and normally its around 500€
