Xamarin Studio on Windows 10

Does anyone know how to install Xamarin Studio Community on Windows 10 without Visual Studio? I've been having quite a few issues with Visual Studio 2017 with cross-platform development for Android using Xamarin libraries.

Xamarin Studio is not really supported anymore.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.
