BlueStacks Android Emulator Help

I have recently downloaded the BlueStacks Android Emulator to satisfy all of my android needs. I went to try and log in to my SnapChat account on it, and it doesn't work, it just says: "There was a problem connecting to the server. Please try again." any suggestions for how to get this to work and allow me to login?
