Denon Ceol Carino

I've been using my AVR as an audio system for my PC for a while (in B-Zone mode with two speakers) but this is not a good solution as I need to keep my desk near to my couch/home cinema (also HDMI output for nothing...).

I have found a great deal for used speakers: the Denon Ceol Carino. (deal is not this Amazon link obviously).
 

These have an USB DAC so it would be better than my sound card (not bad, but I have some "no sound" issues sometimes with it).

Do someone knows how they sound, and how good the headphone output is?
