switching from surround to stereo and the opposite

hello guys, Logitech g430 7.1 surround, audio is changing from surround to stereo and the opposite for no reason, it just does that, I didn't do anything, and like once or twice a day for almost 2 weeks it does that and I need to restart every time to fix it... I uninstalled all drivers and such things like that and still **** like that..........

Your PC is telling you to stop using "surround sound" headphones.

Are you using the dongle for it? I would ex it and just plug it straight into your computer with the 3.5mm jacks instead of USB. You'll only have stereo at this point but it'll solve your problem with it constantly switching.
