Yeah, the Corsair SP fans are more suitable for use on radiators. As case fans they're just unnecessarily loud.

yah i didnt know they were loud, they make this echo noise , only got them bc they had green LEDs

Firstly, make sure that you are correctly identifying the source of the noise.

What are your specs?

Does stopping the fans with your hands make the noise go away?

What fans are you using and what speed are you running them at?

its the fans,  they are 3 pin -.-

3pin fans can be controlled just as easily as 4pin fans. 

The difference between DC and PWM is how the fan is powered and nothing to do with whether the fan can or cannot be controlled. Whether you can control the fan or not depends on the header you're powering it from.
