Is there any IPS or super clear IPS monitor with <2ms panel delay, freesync, Max Refresh Rate 120hz++?
And i dont know this spec of monitor exist or not

There is no such thing as an IPS monitor with a refresh rate of over 120Hz, much less with all the stuff you want. I just confirmed it on PCPartPicker...

There are quite a number of IPS monitors with 144 Hz and 165 Hz refresh rate at this point. PG279Q, XB270HU, MG279Q to name a few.

 

@OP response time isn't a measure of delay, it really doesn't mean anything.

Oh, sorry, I forgot to add that I put under 2ms response time as a filter. THEN nothing came up :P

ASUS MG279Q should do fine. You can ignore response time.

Second Screw response time
