Missing m.2 screw

Hi, I need to buy a new screw for my m.2 nvme drive for a Asus motherboard, what should I buy from my local hardware store?

In my opinion just buy a normal screw that fits nothing special

M2 is the diameter (it's a standardised screw size, like M3, M4, M6 and so on. 3mm is the length)

Personally i am not really into M.2 slots thing. But i would suggest asking ASUS on their page or emailing them. Just send them full name of your motherboard and i am sure they will answer you better than any of us here :D

M.2 is standardised, all M.2 slots will use the same size screws if they adhere to the standard (which Asus certainly do). Quite conveniently, M.2 uses M2 size screws. Don't know if that's a coincidence or done deliberately

Oh thanks for letting me know that. As i said, i'm not really into m.2 slots so yeah :D
