4 usb 3.1 pci card?

anyone know about a pci expansion card with 4 or more usb 3.1 ports?

Why do you need USB 3.1? What's wrong with just USB 3.0?

That would require a PCIe x4 Gen 3 USB expansion card as Each USB 3.1 port would require one PCIe lane. There are two port PCIe cards but I don't think such a thing exists.

i can use a 16x slot if i need to, i have about 14 lanes to spare

dude, its a f*ckin waste of money to have ports you don't use. Spend that money on something more meaningful like a new CPU or GPU.

im going to build an all new pc

amd oc 1700.

gtx 1080.

carbide air 240.

250gb 960evo. 2tb barracuda.

gigabyte gaming 3 ga-aB350m.

Why do you need any more as that board comes with 2 USB 3.1 Gen 2 type A ports.

Also all the cards I've seen either have one type A and one type C, two type C, two type A or two type A and one type C

As @CUDA_Cores has stated it's a waste of money since there are already the ports you want on the motherboard, and you can easily multiply them by buying a hub which is likely to be cheaper then getting another card.

correct me if im wrong but if you have 2 usb 3.1 flash drives or or ssds connected to 1 3.1 port both ssds or flash drives run at 5gb/s
