Keyboard keeps Disconnecting?

So after building my secondary PC and installing my keyboard, I have noticed that when using the keyboard, it will disconnect briefly then reconnect, usually dragging keys on during the disconnect (such as in game, WASDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD). I have legacy USB devices enabled in the bios, and this is not happening to any other peripherals or USB devices. I have also tried different USB ports, but no luck. Please help. It is very annoying in games.

Have you tested the keyboard on your other system to see if it's the keyboard itself that's faulty?
