are these pre builts any good? had an issue with a family member that lives on the other side of America and he has 0 tech xp or patients to put stuff together. he only play world of warcraft. 640 seems good with windows already on, just plug and play right?

I suspect some basic windows setup but that's damn near impossible to screw up.
