Yesterday I bought the CPU cooler Cryorig H7, because the AMD Stock cooler was loud and bad. The new cooler didn't help at all. In fact it made the temperatures even worse.

I have two intake fans in front and one exhaust fan in back.

The idle temperature is around 35c, but it jumps by 10 degrees and returns to 35 all the time.

When under load (Civilization 6) the temperature jumps to 80c. That's not normal.

What should I do?

My cpu is FX 8320 and my case is Bitfenix Comrade.

Did you forget to put thermal paste on it or something?

No, I put the one that came with the Cooler.

the temperature reading fluctuation makes me suspect it isn't reading temperature accurately. Open up your case and feel the temperature of the air blowing out of the cpu cooler and see if it feels so dramatically different, it will at least give you an idea if it's a malfunction or not

The heatsink isn't hot under load.

probably just the temperature sensor misreading, I hear it's a common problem with those

I hope so, but could the problem be that the cooler isn't properly attached, so the heat doesn't spread to the heatsink.
