Cloud Revolver right ear broken?

On my HyperX cloud revolver I can only hear from one side of the headset (left) I tried switching devices(ps4 and pixel xl)and applications(YouTube Overwatch home screen and music) but to no avail. Any fixes?

Just RMA it if you can, gaming products are like lottery, you never know, sometimes you get good ones, sometimes you get a defective one..
