Just Cause 3 or Dead Rising 4 for just a really fun game?

So with Dead Rising 4 out now, I'm having trouble deciding which is a more chaotic and just game for pure fun; Just Cause 3 or Dead Rising 4. They are both games that are based on random and disorganized gameplay but I only want to obtain one of them. Which would you recommend? I understand that one is a zombie game and the other is an action game but in my book, they are nearly the same.

just cause 3 is fairly demanding. unsure about dead rising 4

 

with that said just cause 3 is pretty much michael bay simulator. but you're gonna be doing a lot of repetitive stuff (taking hostile bases) and the world is kinda lifeless. also earning gears is a little annoying at times

Just get Just Cause 2 same game..

I have JC3 for XB1 and regardless of performance issues, it gets pretty boring pretty quick once you finish the campaign. However, on PC, with the multiplayer mod [and other mods as well] it should be a lot more fun
