I7 4790 discoloration

Today i buyed a i7 4790 to change my i5 4460. I have noticed that the back of the i7 cpu, the part with the pads has a more orange color than the i5 and has some portions of discoloration.

I dont have a photo of the i7 becouse ive mounted it but my i5 doesnt have such portions of discoloration and ive been used ot for 2 years.

I have tested the i7 1 hour with aida64 and everything was ok, temps was at maximum of 73 degrees.

Is the decoloration a sign that the cpu might fail?

Here are some photos i finded on internet that looked like my cpu:

Could be a little grime on the contacts.

Nothing to worry about, if it works it is fine.
