What DDR4 RAM should I get for ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming?

Hey! I am buying some DDR4 RAM for my gaming PC. What RAM should I get and how many gigs do I need? GTX 970 Sli, i7-6700k, ASUS Z170 Pro Gaming.

crucial (4*8gb) 

or you can go with kingston hyper x series

i use them myself and they never have me any problem plus you get a lifetime warranty from kingston

I've been monitoring my CPU, GPU and RAM usage over the weekend and haven't found any game so far under Windows 10 using more than about 10gb in total including system processes. Get a 16gb kit (2x8gb) unless you are like me and a little OCD and need all your DIMM slots filled for looks.

your just not a someone who uses much ram i max 32 gigs constantly its all with what you do if you want to close everything before playing any game 16 gigs is fine but if you want to run stuff in the back round more is nice

I suggest you read this article from Rock Paper Shotgun. 16gb is enough. No need for the OP to spend any money than he/she needs to.

their strictly talking about running games not running games and google chrome or multiple game instances
