Corrupt data?

So I was looking through my stuff and I found this old little camera, with like 2 MB of storage.

 

When I "get info" it says the capacity is 2.1 MB, and the available storage is 153.8 MB. I have tried re-formatting the disk, yet it still wont work. Any fixes?

 

The camera is a Vivitar DVR 410.

Is it removable storage like a memory card or is it fixed internal storage ?

It has a slot of a SD card, which doesnt get corrupt, but the main internal is "2.1 MB"

Not sure what you mean. What exactly "won't work"? It sounds like you are saying that the theoretical total storage capacity is 2.1 mb, and you are getting that there are 153 mb currently available, which doesn't  make much sense.

It has an actual 2.1MB of storage, or at least thats what it says, with that storage I can take like 2 or 3 pictures and 3 seconds of video, its a really low quality camera.

So what is the other 153 mb?
