DIMM 1&2 not working when gpu is plug in

I need help linustech tipers

 

I already took my mobo to shop warranty w/o the gpu and there is nothing wrong. When i got home set things up ang play putg gpu and booted and was able to play too. But when i reboot it it wont boot anymore. 

 

I already clean the gpu. I think the problem is with the gpu?
