Can my computer make 4k videos

My computer has an i7 3770 with 8 gb of ram. I have a gtx 630 that i plan to upgrade, but i dont know what gpu to upgrade to or if i need to upgrade my cpu as well. I want to make videos in 4k with a semi-professional editing. I plan to use Premiere Pro and After effects. Also what is a good moniter to get, i have a basic 1080 moniter, but i want a ultra wide moniter, but dont know what is a good one/ or if i need one at all.

You'd need more RAM, and you might have to encode the footage to a different format to work with it

as for the monitor, just get more 1080p IPS displays rather than an ultra wide

Also you'll need a 4k monitor of course for the live playback

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

GPU probably isn't going to matter much,, just grab an RX 470 or something if you to do gaming a lot better, premier has open CL as well as Cuda
