What motherboard do you have and does it have an open fan header?

It's an MSI motherboard I believe.

Your graphics card is from Msi and your motherboard is from Gigabyte.

Please tell us the model name. It should be on the board.

What other fans do you have and which headers are they powered off of?

Take your time when taking photos. They're not helpful when blurry.

I believe the model name is HT3.0 DDR3. I have 3 case fans and one cpu cooler I believe. My other fans were powered off the second picture I showed.

That's not it.

It's looks like a GA-970A-DS3P. The model name should be under the second pcie slot right underneath the graphics card.

If that's the case, you should be plugging the noctua fan into the cpu_fan header since it's the only one that supports pwm.

The header is already taken by the cpu.

If that's the case, you should probably get a splitter to run off of the cpu_fan header.

There are 3 way splitters.

This would work: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812423163&cm_re=pwm_splitter-_-12-423-163-_-Product

Btw, there's an edit button--no need to make another post.

You should be powering 3pin fans off of the sys_fan headers which provide dc.

Sorry for asking so many questions, but I really want this to work.

The sys_fan is already taken so do you know a fan splitter for that? Thanks so much for the helo.

This is why I asked earlier what fans you currently have and which headers they were running off of.

If you could get back to that question, that would make it easier to help you out. :)

My one corsair fan is plugged into the sys_fan and my two old case fans were plugged into the PCB if that makes any sense?

Are you referring to the one corsair case fan in the photo? What are your case fans? They have model names. Not sure what you mean by the pcb.
