Triple 1440p monitors?

tollt004

I have been looking into getting 3 rog 1440p displays, but I'm not sure if dual strix 1070's in sli would be able to run them at a good enough frame rate.

Would anyone be able to give me a better idea of the kind of fps I could expect??

Thanks.

Are you talking about running one game on all 3 of them at the same time? Or just gaming on one of them. A single 1070 will run all games at 60+ fps most of the time on one of them.

I'm playing triple 1080@60 and having no issues with a 1080. You should have no issues with 1440@60 with a 1070 if you lower AA by one or two steps.

Also, welcome to the triple monitor club.

As long as you are not running a game on each screen, then you will be fine.  1440p for each moniter is kinda over the top though.  At that point, you might as well get 1 GTX 1080 and have your main screen be 1440p and the others be 1080p

That presents a lot of issues if OP wants to game with three monitors.
