Kraken x61 backplate loose

Doing my first build and noticed that when I install the standoffs into the backplate, the backplate is still very loose. Is it supposed to be? I am afraid to go forward because the backplate does not feel snug and the standoffs are in all the way.

When you mount the CPU block it should be tight.

Mine has got some wiggle room and my temps are nice n' cool, right around 30C at idle at never breaching 65C under load. Unless yours is extremely loose I wouldn't worry too much about it.
