Root stuffs

So, I used kingo root for my Note 2 and it failed to root it (checked with root checker) 

What do I use for rooting now?

Can i get that KNOX stuff off of my phone somehow?

Kingo root let me down for the first time is there a better rooter app?

Backstory: i recently got a samsung note 2 (NT7100 i think) as a hand-me-down from my dad, I'll give it to my sister as i'm probably getting a OP3 soon, she wants lucky patcher and some root stuff.

You need to trip the KNOX first or the rooting process will be failed no matter which rooting app you plan to use.
