Fan setup?

I am building a rig with x99 strix and kraken x61 in the s340.  When I plug only the water pump in to the top 3 fan plugie things, it says that CPU fan speed error detected. How should I set up my fans?

That's just a safety message for when no fan signal is detected in the cpu_fan header. You can usually turn the message off in the motherboard settings.

^ Usually pump is connected to CPU_FAN header because of that. You can disable warning or connect extra case fan there as dummy.
