PC build for gaming

So, i have made a first build list for my friend. He wants to play games like bf4, as good as possible , with a maximum budget of 800~ EUR. Please make the build with a really good price to performance ratio.

Some of the parts have been handpicked by my friend, such as the case fans and case, due to their looks.

Definitely get an RX 480, but wait for an aftermarket RX 480 with a better cooler/design.

Really want a black motherboard, which is ATX. He says that futureproofing and upgradability is a big part of this build. The case is black/blue?

You will most likely appreciate the quad-core over the dual-core with HT. Trading it for lower clock speed, I'm not so sure. But at this budget, the i3-6100 OR an i5-6400/6500 would be nice. Try for an i5-6500.
