Good 1440p monitor?

Hey guys I currently have a 1080p monitor with a evga gtx 980ti and an i7-5930k I would like to get a 1440p monitor I am sure my pc can handle it, but I do not want to spend over 250$ on a new monitor so do you guys know any good and kinda cheap ones? thanks!

What are your requirements on refresh rate, response time and color reproduction? To be honest it's pretty hard to find a good gaming 1440p monitor (new) for 250 dollars.
