Forza 6: Apex not launching properly

I just redownloaded Apex on my PC now that I have my 7950 installed, and while I thought it should be all happy, it's not. I already checked, and dxdiag reports that I have DX12, and I'm also running the newest Catalyst drivers. In the screenshot at the end, I got the typical "minimum specs not met" and when I proceeded, I just stuck at the loading screen. I was managing to interact with something (pressing A after a while rewarded me with the sound of a selection being made), but the screen doesn't actually reflect a change.

Thats strange, it works on my 7750. Make sure ALL drivers are properly installed.
