Between these two I'd suggest you got with the  Asus vx248h  as it has lower power consumption, built in speaker and its light weight. The panels have almost the same specifications and the Asus vx248h  has got good overall reviews. The a Asus one is cheaper @ 169.99$ vs 189.99$ for the BENQ one.
