Part of BIOS is cut off from screen

Every since I have got my new motherboard (ASUS P8Z77-V LK) part of the screen has been cut off from view when I am in BIOS.

I connect to the screen with HDMI,but is comes out my graphics card with DVI and goes straight into an adapter.

I have never had this issue when using windows. When it quickly tells you to press DEL to access BIOS its fits to the screen fine.
