Portal 2 alternate ending?

I have seen some posts and videos claiming that Portal 2 single player has 2 endings.

Is this true?

Or do they not know the difference between single player and co op?

AFAIK Portal 2 only has one ending for the single player/story mode, but the story of the multiplayer mode is linked to the single player so maybe the ending of that is what they mean?
