Is there a way to make borders Transparent in windows 10?

I finally have color on my borders. My question is - How do I make it transparent like in windows 7?

That was aero, which windows 8 and 10 do not have :/

ye 8 didnt have that but had a transparent task bar but 10 has a nearly solid task bar it kinda a little see through but its not deal breaker as im not looking at the edges when im using my pc im lookign at the content inside the edges :P

You currently cannot do this in Windows 10. The taskbar can be made semi-transparent, content windows cannot.

 

TL:DR;  No, there is not a way to make window borders transparent in windows 10.
