PSU booting problem

Kramal6

Hey there

A couple of days ago i hooked up an old harddrive to my pc, to recover some files, and when I turned on my PC the morning after it went straight to BIOS and froze. I then unplugged my PSU for 10 sec and tried again, and it started normally. I'm thinking the PSU is the problem, it's a 2 year old corsair CX 750. One of my LED fans also dims out after i turn off my PC, and keep spinning at low rpm for around 2 minutes. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance
