deleting google drive folder access denied

So I did a clean install on my computer the other day and when I deleted the windows.old folder I noticed that Google Drive folder was not deleted. So I did some research and tried to delete it with no avail.

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance

My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium x64

You try closing the program before removing the folder? It's always monitoring the folder.

I didn't reinstall Google Drive because I have no need for it

I've had this same issue with many other programs in the Windows.old folder. It shouldn't be a big deal for the time being since it doesn't take up much space anyway.

If you can't get the folder to remove still, you can get a program that will forcibly remove it.

I actually solved the problem. All you had to do was delete the files inside the folder first before deleting the Google Drive folder.

Thanks for all the help anyway!!
