imac g4 loud

My iMac g4 fan seems really loud.

2 questions:

Why is this? Seems louder than before

Is it a standard size? Standard connector?

Ooh really, normal 120mm fan? Good.

I bought it last month for 100$. They are cool. Came with wacom tablet.

Edit: not totally normal, reverse, but that don't matter

Of course it's loud, it's old.

 

When you start up an old computer and you are used to your new one, you will find the old one excruciating.

It just seems louder than it was say, last month. My PC is louder than the g4.

I took apart a Power Macs G5 for my mod a short while ago and none of the fans were standard, They all would need re-wiring if I needed to replace them with standard ones. Just check the pinout if you're replacing.

Yeah I guess I could just take it apart and see, if its weird I'll just clean the computer

From above looks to small to be a 120mm. Not sure
