Razer Kraken 7.1 USB not showing up in Synapse 2.0

Hi,

 

I've had my Razer Kraken's for about 4 days, they worked fine until yesterday when I discovered they aren't showing up in the Synapse Software, I reinstalled the drivers and they worked fine until today, I'm wondering if there's a permanent fix for this. Not owning a Razer device.

 

It's Synapse. Haven't found a fix for the same issue, with the same headset. So, I abandoned it about two months ago.

Does it need to be shown up in synapse? I don't get why you need it to. Just set it as the default device in the audio manager and it should work.

There are settings I like to tweak with, the microphone and the Audio.

had same problem down loaded razer surround and it now shows in synapse and I can configure surround sound for it ,works great66
