HTC One (M7) Help

Hey guys having an issue with my HTC One, i installed TWRP a long time ago, now i am trying to flash a stock recovery on to the device so i dont have twrp and its pretty much stock again. here is the issue, i downlaoded the stock recovery from XDA, i go to flash and i get 

 
C:\Users\Jacob\Desktop\OneDrivers_Fastboot\Fastboot>fastboot flash recovery reco

I have no idea why it is doing this i have the developer mode on and usb debgging on, can anyone help me?
