ok so im planning on buying this for my pc

1. is the colour good

2. will this be ok for a temp tv for about a year (ps3,bluray) plus im actually building my pc in feb but i thought i should get my perifs (monitor,mouse headset) now. so i will just be hooking my laptop up to it for like 8 months with dvi. ps3/blu rar hdmi. will this be ok or will it break the monitor,

It certainly will not break the monitor, although you probably aren't gonna get the best performance out of it when hooking it up to a ps3.
